A Little Lattitude (No Quarter)
Silo6, Wynyard Quarter, Auckland.

Artists: Phillipa Emery, Deborah Rundle, Mark Schroder and Harriet Stockman.

So that was the Lighthouse, was it?
No, the other was also the Lighthouse.
For nothing was simply one thing.
The other Lighthouse was true too.

                                          Virginia Woolf.

A LITTLE LATITUDE (NO QUARTER) considers latitude – an angular distance from some circle or plane of reference – in order to tackle the behemoth of place.  Site responsive and divergent, the exhibition engages with form and containment while questioning notions of progress.
